SNAEB.

Terms of Service

Last updated 5 October 2026. These terms are a working draft and will be confirmed before launch.

1. What SNAEB is

SNAEB is a coffee membership. Members (individuals, or employees of a subscribing business) redeem drinks at partner cafés by showing a one-time code. SNAEB pays partner cafés for each redeemed drink. SNAEB is operated by SNAEB Ltd, United Kingdom.

2. Memberships and credits

  • Each plan includes a set number of drinks per monthly cycle.
  • Unused plan drinks do not roll over. Bonus and top-up credits carry their own expiry, shown in the app, and are always spent before plan drinks.
  • One drink per code. A code is valid for about three minutes and can be used once, at one café.
  • Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or resold. Business memberships belong to the subscribing employer, which may add or remove seats.

3. Payment, renewal and cancellation

  • Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • If a payment fails we retry it. Redemptions continue during a short grace period; after repeated failures the membership is paused until payment succeeds.
  • You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid cycle. Top-up purchases are not refundable once the credits are issued, except where the law requires.

4. Partner cafés

  • Cafés must complete identity and bank verification (via Stripe) and be approved by SNAEB before redemptions count.
  • SNAEB pays cafés weekly for verified redemptions at the agreed rate. The first payout for a newly approved café is held for two weeks.
  • Cafés may not redeem codes for their own staff or owners, and must only mark drinks as redeemed when a drink is actually served.

5. Fair use

We may suspend an account or café where we see misuse — shared codes, self-redemption, automated requests, or fraud. Where money is involved we will tell you what happened and how to respond.

6. Liability

SNAEB arranges the membership; the drink is made and served by the café. We are not liable for the quality of drinks or for a café being closed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

7. Contact
